Information we collect

When you send a quotation request through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, mobile number, project type and project details. For security and spam prevention we also record the IP address and time of the submission.

If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share with us.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
• communicate with you about your project
• keep a record of enquiries received and protect the website from spam and misuse

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How your information is stored

Form submissions are emailed to our office mailbox and a copy is kept on our secure web server, which is not publicly accessible. We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted.

Third-party services

Our website uses a small number of trusted third-party services to work properly: our web hosting and email providers, Google Fonts for typography, and Google Maps on our contact page. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address when your browser loads their content, under their own privacy policies.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@jmbc.ae and we will respond promptly.
